I'm just setting this up for purely selfish reasons. I think that maybe if what I have done each day or each week is available to all the world, I'll be less inclined to write, "slept in and then browsed the internet for four hours" as a daily entry.
I'm currently reading "Thinking Body, Dancing Mind" by Chungliang Al Huang and Jerry Lynch. It's basically a primer on Taoism as it applies to physical endeavors. Honestly, I haven't done any of the exercises yet, but I'm excited by what I'm reading.
